Cancellation/reschedule policies

CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULE POLICIES

Cancellation/reschedule policy reminder :

Weather reschedule/ hazardous conditions : if you have an outdoor session booked and the weather is not cooperating such as rain, thunderstorms, snow etc, or if your session is booked at a location that could have hazardous conditions for example by a lake we will reschedule for a different date  🥰 you Will have 30 days to reschedule your session From the date your original session was scheduled . If weather is the reason that we are unable to do this session and you decide not to reschedule There will be no refund. If temperatures are below 30 degrees we will need to reschedule as this temperature can damage my camera equipment. If I do not hear back from you within 30 days you are unable to reschedule and there will be no refund . If that same location is not able to be used the client can choose a different outdoor location within 30 minutes of Macedonia ohio (that does not cost a fee to shoot at) and must reschedule their session for within 30 days of the original. 

Studio sessions- each studio has a different reschedule policy. If the studio allows reschedules, you have one opportunity to reschedule your session. if this studio does not allow reschedules and you cancel, you will not be refunded. If you book a studio session with me, feel free to ask what that studios reschedule policy is. I do not own the studios and do not make these rules, I rent them through another party. 

All Holiday sessions are non refundable if you cancel and cannot be rescheduled .

Client Cancellation: if the client cancels completely they will loose out on their payment . 

LATE -after 10 minutes of waiting for you to arrive for your session if I have not heard from you I will leave the location and you will not be refunded . If you are within that 10 minutes and just running a few minutes late that time will just be taken out of your session time. Please make sure to message me and let me know that you are running late.

If you cannot make your session you are more than welcome to gift that session to someone else !

Photographer cancellation/reschedule : if the photographer has to cancel for any reason other than weather you will be rescheduled for a new date at The same location or a similar location. If you were scheduled for an outdoor session you cannot switch to a studio session . 

You have one opportunity for a reschedule. If you cancel that session you will no longer be able to reschedule and will not be refunded . You cannot message me the day of your session to reschedule. You must allow at least 48 hours notice for a reschedule request . My availability books up quick. Please take note that I may not have availability for a reschedule in the same month. There’s always a possibility that you’re reschedule could be a few months after your original schedule session depending on my availability.

Please remember this while booking . This is a small business and my full time job. I try my absolute hardest to work with reschedules but I have a crazy busy schedule and work almost 7 days a week. When you book your session please make sure it is a date you will be available and check your calendar first 🤍

All of my sessions unless listed otherwise are for up to six people max! Anything above six people would be considered an extended family session which has different pricing. 

all sessions will have 30 days to save their photos and weddings and large events will have 60 days to save their photos. After that I will remove the gallery from my end which means you cannot access the link I sent you and I will not be able to get those photos back, so please make sure to save your photos to your phones, computeror flash drive as soon as possible.taykew
